- Schedules and maintains calendar for all surgeries and works with Northside Hospital to make sure all pre-operative paperwork is in place, home health is ordered for postoperative care and DME items dispensed.

- Sets up medical record reviews, depositions, IME’s and SOP’s, sends invoices, collects checks and keeps Excel spreadsheet of all cases currently under review, along with monthly revenue.
